Cancellation and Refund Policy

a) Cancellation by KO Academy

i. Unless otherwise specified or agreed in writing by KO Academy, all courses shall commence on the date specified by KO Academy in the order confirmation. KO Academy reserves the right to change the original specified date up to ten (10) business days prior to the class start date. Students shall be notified at that time of such changes or cancellation. Please keep this in mind when making non-changeable travel arrangements.

ii. KO Academy will use reasonable efforts to give notice of any cancellation of any course. If the course cannot be rescheduled, students may be entitled to a refund of any fee paid in respect of the cancelled services but shall not otherwise be entitled to any compensation, costs, losses, or damages arising from such cancellation.

b) Cancellation by Students

i. Written notice for any cancellation is required and refund will be processed thirty (30) days after the submission. Admin fee of 10% will be applied.

ii. Transferable is strictly not allowed.

iii. Subject to 10% forfeit of total payment if cancellation is made more than two (2) weeks before the commencement date.

iv. Subject to 50% forfeit of total payment if cancellation is made within fourteen (14) days prior to commencement date.

v. No refundable fee will be allowed if cancellation is made after the event.

b)Privacy Policy

KO Academy may collect and use information for the purpose of providing and offering promotional material and may provide the information to any third party who helps KO Academy provide the services to you. All personal details will be consent for the promotion of future KO Academy events and products.
